If you ever sold cheeze and sausage as a school fundraiser then you know what I mean.The flavor is mild and the texture is in that sweet spot between chunky and mealy like bologna. The whole mustard seed is a delight.Oliver, his inner voice who occasionally makes a valid point, "What if we freeze them?"Is sold as a triple pack. It's also sold as a single pack. This gets 4 stars because for me the Goldilocks pack is two.

Was terrific

Too much fat content in the sausage now! It’s not like the way Hickory Farms use to make their summer sausage. Very disappointing, it’s very greasy tasting. You can actually see the chunks of fat content in the sausage. And the flavor has completely changed from the way it used to be made. This used to be one of our family favorites. We will no longer be ordering this. What a shame!

Bought this as a gift but ended up keeping one for myself . So delicious that I can either eat by itself or with a cracker or cheese.
