Neither size fits a standard pipe!
“Free Refund” was in product description page. I was charged $6.99 for return shipping. Why? This was too big for my standard pipe. The next size down is too small. Poor sizing description.

Cheap, easy to use, functional

Item works exactly as described
Bought this item to keep washer drain hose from moving within the drain pipe in house plumbing and it does exactly that. Plus it is much more esthetically pleasing that the bare plumbing pipes.
