Really great product. I’ve used it for a month following hip replacement surgery & therefore on a sizeable scar. It is smooth to go on, keeps the scar skin supple & it is really helping to heal it well. A small amount goes a long way. I have now subscribed to receive this 2 monthly & continue to use it 2-3 times daily.

I was really sceptical at first - how could a silicone scar gel possibly help my C-section scar? But after using it regularly and massaging the area, I started to feel a tingling sensation. Curious, I looked it up and found that this is often a positive sign of healing. It means the body is reawakening nerve endings and re-establishing communication with the area. The gel has a lovely texture - non-sticky, quick to absorb, and completely scent-free. I was pleasantly surprised by how long the product lasts; the size is generous and goes a long way. For me, the gel has supported healing and softened the scar tissue. It’s not magic, but it’s doing something meaningful.

Really good stuff! My daughter (aged8) has a scar on her cheek from a playground collision. Her glasses frame cut into her cheek when she banged heads with another child, at speed, resulting in 7 stitches. The scar is just over an inch long. Was using another silicone cream for a few weeks and no obvious changes. Started with this one and within a week, it’s not as raised, feels much flatter and smoother, it has changed to a more pinkish tone from the angry red it has been since the injury. Will keep using it but so far, definitely worth the money and glad I switched products.

Amazing product. Easy to use and good size. It’s an essential step in my skin care routine and doesn’t have a nasty smell either. So happy.

Been using this gel on my daughter who sustained a nasty burn with subsequent hypertrophic scarring on her upper inner thighs. It’s early days, and I suspect I’ll be using this on her for some time to mitigate the scarring. It’s easy to apply, dries quickly and seems to absorb quite quickly too.

Product arrived quickly, a small amount goes a long way really important as my scars are over 40cms. It isn’t sticky and dries very quickly. It doesn’t show on the scar and doesn’t feel weird. I can’t comment on effectiveness as I have only just started using it hence I can’t give 5 stars yet.

I'm happy and hopeful with it so far, It's a cream instead of a gel, so is less sticky and has a smoother application. It's a good size bottle, so you won't run out in a hurry, and it can cover larger surface areas easily.. (I'm hopeful it might help with old acne pits alongside other scars.) Silicone tapes can be helpful, but I prefer that I can use this cream liberally and top up as I need ...just make sure you wait until it's dry before using other skincare products.
