Easy to apply: Oven: Without pre-heating, place the cushion on the backing tray of your oven with a cup of water, using backing paper. Circulating air oven: place at mid-height at 130°C for approx. 9-11 minutes Lower and upper heat: place at mid height at 150°C for approx. 9-11 minutes Microwave: Place the cushion in the microwave at approx. 600 watts (mid setting) for 1 ½ minutes. If the cushion has not reached the desired temperature, shake it well and warm it again for 15 seconds, if necessary, repeat this operation until it has reached the desired temperature. Please make sure that the microwave plate is clean and that it can rotate freely. Radiator: If you only need a little warmth, simply place the cushion on the radiator for few minutes. Cooling cushion: Place your cushion in the refrigerator or in the freezer for a few hours. Pack your cushion hermetically in order to avoid unwanted external odours. Safety Warning Warning: Fire danger: There is a risk of fire if the cushion is overheated or allowed to dry out. CHOCKING HAZARD. Small parts. Not for children under 3 years. Please note: Let your cushion cool down completely before reheating it again. Please keep a watchful eye on your cushion while heating it up. Great for neck and shoulders - ergonomic and handsfree ;)
Great for neck and shoulders - one of my better buys on Amazon.I only wish I bought the rapeseed fill ‘bean bag’ rather than the grapeseed - my fault and decision. This is a wonderful ergonomic heated (or cooled) bag that drapes over shoulders and has a little bit for the neck too. If you’ve suffered from a condition such as Torticollis or any other severe neck and shoulder condition, this will be a god-send. It sits nicely over your shoulders and doesn’t move or fall when you’re hands free. The seeds, because of the way it is made also do not concentrate to a particular point, but remain evenly spread.I absolutely love it. Thank you
