Great security camera, with high definition imaging.
These cameras are surprisingly good for the price. The video quality is super sharp, and the pan/tilt feature is so helpful for checking the full room. I use one for watching my cat while I’m out and another as a basic home security cam. The app is really easy to use, and I love that you can talk through it or even use it with Alexa. The motion detection is spot on and customizable, so I’m not constantly getting alerts unless something real is happening. Setup took like five minutes, and the night vision is clear enough to see everything even in total darkness. Whether you’re using them for pets, kids, or peace of mind, these little guys pack a punch.

These are terrific, especially for the price. Lots of features that atually work.
Makes nice images, can see in the dark with IR illumination built in, lots of features, especially considering the price. Two way audio. Has full time or motion triggered loop recording.Good app that works better on a tablet than a phone, especially when reviewing footage from the internal microSD card that you have to supply. Quick and accurate response from support when I had an issue. They also offer cloud storage. The one small issue I found is that the pan/tilt motors are noisy, and if you set the thing up to track motion (like for an intruder) it becomes obvious there is a camera present. But that is to be expected at this price point.I've recommended these to several friends, and they have all been happy with theirs.

Best cam & features available for the price
It's not perfect but it's probably one of the best cameras you will find, especially for the price. None compete. But overall it's only other competition is wyze. It's reliable and always available when I view it thru the app. It's tracking and motion sensing is decent and there are enough settings to get what you need without it being too complicated. Picture quality is pretty good. Fair in very low light conditions. Ptz is easy to use as well.

Great Quality and Easy Setup
The TP-Link Tapo 2K Pan Tilt Security Camera arrived without any issues, and the quality is excellent, just as promised. The 2K resolution provides clear and detailed video, which is perfect for monitoring my dogs. The pan and tilt functions are smooth and cover a wide range, making it easy to adjust the view remotely.Subscription for Advanced Features: The camera works great out of the box, but if you want to use advanced features like cloud storage, you’ll need a subscription. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you’re trying to avoid extra costs.Connectivity Hiccups: The camera runs smoothly most of the time, but it can lag or temporarily disconnect if your Wi-Fi signal isn’t strong. It’s a bit frustrating, but it’s manageable with a solid network setup.

A Quality Product
This is a great camera set. It's easy to install and does so many things. You can set it to detect a baby, movement, or set your favorite views of a room and be able to quickly get to that view. The picture quality, both day and night is fantastic, very crisp and clear. All in all this was a great purchase. Even more than I was expecting to get.

Great little cameras!
Was skeptical as these are fairly inexpensive. I am pleasantly surprised! Have owned the cameras for ~6 months now and they have worked without issues since day 1. App is easy to use and cameras have good picture/mic. Will track intruders via Pan/Tilt, notify you of unauthorized entry, and are wireless! Highly recommend!

No-brainer for Home Assistant users
Bought these on a nice sale to replace some Wyze cameras that weren't compatible with Home Assistant. We already have a slew of Kasa/Tapo products in the house, and these days I'm just interested in reducing the number of third-party app-enabled devices in my home and on my network. I've never had a bad experience with TP-Link's network devices, and the same goes for these. Seamless integration with Home Assistant, allowing me to control and view the cameras from the HA app. The pan/tilt feature is a nice addition after having nothing but stationary Wyze cams . Also have to say the Tapo app is vastly superior to Wyze's ad-plagued app, so if you're not a HA user, and just want a nice, clean app UI, the Tapo is the way to go.I bumped the resolution up to 2K, and it's a marginal improvement over the default 1080p. That being said, it's still a good quality image, even in low light. Sound functions as expected. Not booming loud by any means, but loud enough to communicate if you ever find the need to (I never have).

Better than Ring... 2.4ghz setup.
Works great. I had some Samsung cameras but last month the app they use was taken down because it's so old ..I think it was called SmartCam. I'm actually happy that's happened, because these cameras have way better picture quality and are faster and easier to use. And it's much better than Ring because there's no subscription unless you need cloud. Other than that everything is free all of the features are free and it's great! For people saying that they won't connect.. I had a problem with one of the cameras not connecting and it was simply because my routers uses both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz and these cameras only use 2.4. So you have to find a way to make sure your router is using the 2.4 when you set these up. I'm on a Nest system and you can't select between 2.4 or 5 so it took a couple of tries for it to register on the 2.4 frequency.
