T-Tapp Barefoot Basic Plus

I bought this by mistake but it is what it says -- BAREFOOT basic steps. Theresa goes too fast but it looks like these are fans and not first-timers.

Excellent, exactly what I wanted. Teresa explains and demonstrates every exercise in great detail in bare feet. This is not for beginners but is for intermediate TTappers. You can also use this as the beginners/rehabilitation with shoes workout. Also love the ho down/showdown sequence.

Not for beginners! Instruction is very fast ....she assumes you already know basic moves.
