We love it
We have used our juicer 2 times a days for a few weeks now. My husband said that I was going to break it using it so much. My reply “it came with a 5 year warranty!!” It is super easy to assemble and clean! No sharp objects. My kids ask to help me every time and they have loved so many of the concoctions!!! I try to keep the recipes simple so that the kids drink it. Apples and carrots. Celery and apples. Kale with pineapple and ginger! This is the first juicer I have ever bought and I love it!

Good juice low froth
The media could not be loaded. First let’s talk about what you get. A recipe book, nice info letter about the company plus 2 juice extractors, and, a 5 year warranty. Second, ease of use and very easy to clean. I do cut my fruit/vegetables in half and let the juicer do the rest. Coming from a masticating machine it is slower but you get more juice with less froth. I do hearty fruits/vegetables like beets, dandelion, lemons, or ginger without a problem. Drier pulp than my fast juicer which can be used for compost. Loving this juicer. I see why the high reviews.

Unfortunately, I had to return it
Anybear contacted me because of my previous review of 3 stars to send me instructions showing THE LID HAS TO BE CLOSED in order for the top of the juicer to click into place. So in fairness to them I have amended my review.Below is my original review:I could not get the top pitcher portion of the juicer to lock into the base. I didn't want to force it because then it would either break or be stuck together so I returned it. I wish they provided a video on how to assemble it and it's use.

Stopped working after 10 minutes
I was really excited to start juicing after reading all the good reviews. Assembly wasn’t difficult and once I began juicing, it totally shut down after 10 minutes. I took it apart and cleaned it thinking something might be stuck but that didn’t resolve the issue. I tried troubleshooting as instructed but that didn’t work ether. I’m so disappointed because I really wanted it to work. I will be retuning it

My Morning Health Drinks thanks to this Juicer
I was a bit nervous about buying this juicer because, let's be real, my 'assembly skills' are more like ‘call-someone-else-to-assemble-it skills.’ It sat on my kitchen counter for two days, mocking me with its unopened box, until I gave myself a pep talk: 'You got this! If you can assemble a sandwich, you can assemble this juicer!' Spoiler alert: It was shockingly easy. Now, I’m feeling so confident I might just wander into IKEA and tackle a desk... okay, maybe not. But seriously, get the juicer! Here’s to your health and mine!

Easy to use
Easy to assemble and use. Mine didn’t come with a cleaning bush nor pusher as detailed in the user guide

Too much pulp and foam, does not work efficiently, always having to push down fruits/veggies
I originally decided to purchase the juicer based on the great reviews, but fail to understand how I could be the only one with issues like this. I really wanted to like this juicer, but unfortunately it does not make the cut. The machine is not complicated to assemble or clean which is a plus, BUTFirst of all, there is a claim of little to no foam, which really depends on what you are juicing. Apples seem to produce the most foam and for some reason a lot of pulp goes into the juice along with the foam. Maybe I wouldn't mind so much if the foam wasn't coming out of places it should not have been as shown in the pic, or am I too critical?Carrot has too much pulp in the juice, but seems to juice well.In the pictures the one with less pulp is from the pears, and the other is from apples. The only juice without noticeable pulp was pear juice; everything else had to be strained because the holes are too big. Grapes turn into mush. The advertising says the juicer can take whole fruits and veggies but this is not the case. Try it with an apple and it will just spin around doing nothing until it turns to apple sauce instead of juice. The receptacle of 4.3" is not really big enough for efficient juicing either, at most you can fit 2 small apples.I had to laugh at some of the reviews which mention how great the "double augur" is, when in reality it is a single augur and comes with a replacement. I find this concerning as the only reason to change it would be if it was disintegrating and mixing with the juice, which would be a bad thing. As for the reviews which state that there is no pulp. they must have been juicing only pears, or never used a juicer before. Almost everything that goes in the juicer has to be strained, and I am not even using a fine strainer! I don't appreciate the extra step of having to strain my juices which I never had to do with other juicers. The juice tray makes no sense, especially with all the talk of oxidation, I am pretty sure an open juice tray in the freezer does not retain its nutrients.I have uploaded some pics of my experience and will be returning this juicer.

Great Juicer!
The media could not be loaded. This was my first experience, using a juicer, and I was very impressed. The juicer assembled with ease, it was easy to use, and it was easy to clean. The instructions did not indicate whether or not it was dishwasher safe however it did say that it should not be placed in water above 104°, I was able to put the items excluding the base on the top rack of the dishwasher and it was perfectly fine. I would recommend this juicer. The price point was great. The shipping was stellar and I would purchase it again if needed.
