Hive UK7002499 Tuneable GU10 Bulbs - Pack of 10 , White

Bought for kitchen and outside up and down lighters in new house. Up to now they’ve worked perfectly. The outside ones even work when it’s sub zero outside, great to have outside lights on when I get home in the dark evenings.

Do not buy unreliable product and customer support is down the pan. I have been an early adopter of hive and it's getting worse. I have around 40 lights amongst other things sockets etc. I wish I had never wasted my money, honestly you never know when they are going to work. Constantly come home to random device's on and the Trvs don't get me started. Purchase something else.

We brought these for our home cinema, as they were better priced than the Philips versions. They change from blue spectrum to a white spectrum, all individually controlled colour temp/brightness. Only down side is that they are not compatible with a lot of multi media apps and remotes which is a pain. We’ve emailed about this with many other online but fell on deaf ears. British Gas!

The media could not be loaded.  Works well. Listing needs to be clear in that you need to buy a rather expensive hub to actually make these work. I managed to get a hub on eBay. It took 2 hrs to set up because the hub wouldn't connect to the Internet. Linked to Google Home but bit of a delay in response time to voice commands.

PROS; the lights are easy to install; the app is user friendly; the advantage of changing from warm to daylight; works well with Alexa. The cons; slightly pricey and the brightness is slight lower than what I would expect.

Great product easy to install now each downlight is addressable, with both Hive and Echo device.Unfortunately 1 lamp failure after 1 week but would still recommend.Looking to buy more in future to fully automate lighting.

Hit and miss with Echo device (although they work fine with the Hive app) often a few bulbs will stay on or not come on. Not great when you have to pull phone out and turn off rouge bulbs individually. Not convinced but stuck with them now!
