Hi, does this gelatine set 'clear' when mixed with water?

Hi This gelatine will set with a slightly yellowish tinge. The colour will also be affected by impurities in the water. If you are wanting something that looks like glass when set, then this will not do that

Does product contain sulfite preservatives? I'd like to avoid if possible.
