This vest is rather comfortable. The fit can be slim or loose as it is adjustable. I use it while weight training and performing high intensity interval exercises. It is not bulky. Performing dumbbell flies and chest presses is quite comfortable . Just remember to allow the vest to dry after worn.

I tried a few including one by a woman designed/owned brand. It was simply huge and seemed like it was for a taller body. I’m 5’6 so I’m not short but the way that one wore on me hurt my lower ribs. This one is fantastic. It’s probably not for larger chested people but for a small frame it’s excellent. And the iridescent shine is super cool. My collar bone get rubbed a little from the weight but that’s the only con.

The two smallest ones look like they are made for 8 year old children. I think they may fit my 8 year old grandchild. Bought and tried both the smaller ones and can't believe they were made for an average adult. The weight for the smallest one would have worked, but it looked like I was wearing a toddler vest. If I got the bigger vest it may have fit, but the weight would have been absolutely too heavy. Returning both the smaller ones. Unfortunately I loved the look and design of them, but too embarassing to wear something that looked like it was made for a young child and cut across the middle of my breasts.

Honestly excellent quality, love the pattern. Feels really well made. May be a tricky fit if you are on the bustier side. Works ok for me .

Bought for the friend, and my mom using the same one, pretty happy with this vest.

It's smaller than I thought it would be. Granted the sides are adjustable. I had an image in my head that it was larger. Regardless of that fact, it does the job. I zip it on, hop on the treadmill and I'm off. I sweat and it does exactly what it is suppose to do. It's a good work out and stays put. I walk, do not jog or run so I couldn't tell you if it moves etc. I like it.

Initially I ordered the 3 K vest because I own a 10# vest and I wanted something lighter. Unfortunately the FIT of the 3k is not suitable for women who have a CHEST of any size because the securing side strap (for me at any rate) goes DIRECTLY over the breast tissue and that's not a great place to "strap on " a vest for security. Other than that the vest is beautifully made. I reached out to the company to alert them of this "flaw" for a woman and they were kind enough to replace this with the LARGER SIZED double strap 8K (the 5k is also small and has one securing strap that would probably be in a similar spot) The 8K vest fits MUCH better and has a double securing side strap which secures in better spots on the upper ribs and lower ribs leaving my breast tissue unsquashed by a strap. The material, zipper and size is good on the 8K and it's very comfortable to wear Other than the placement of the securing straps on the smaller sized vests these are BEAUTIFUL vests of very high quality. Order carefully if you're a woman with any kind of size over a b cup! Company was friendly and helpful and said they'd pass on the info to designers.
