Not sure how I like this
At first I bought this with the intention of keeping my toes back during sleep to avoid leg cramps at night and at the same time I developed a heel pain from my shoes so I figured this would work for both problems. However, in order to keep the toes back it becomes very uncomfortable and makes my toes fall asleep. The base of the foot has textured bumps which is uncomfortable so I’ve tried wearing a sock (didn’t help) and now put an old folded shirt on the base. By the time I get everything secured, my foot slides to the right and heel of the brace is way up the foot. If I tighten the Velcro any more my toes, foot and leg will hurt. I may get a long strip of Velcro to put under the and heel up the side to keep it touching my foot.I plan on looking for a better brace since it’s past the 30 days to return or figuring a way to manipulate this to work better. I wouldn’t recommend this brace.
