(Updated) These are great but the battery died
Update: My issues with the defective unit were addressed and resolved. Changing to 5 stars for the prompt response from the anker team. This headset is amazing. Sound quality is great. The fit is great. It doesn't hurt the inner ear nor the cartilage.Mic quality is also very good.Didn't have any issues with connecting to my phone.I unfortunately have to give it 3 stars due to battery longevity. The issue started about a month ago where the headset's battery wouldn't last as long as it did when first purchased. Now the battery dies within 5 minutes of use. It hasn't been a year since purchase so i expected a bit more out of it.

Great for the price.
Comfortable fit. Similar to the AirPods 2 (2019) which I think are a perfect in ear fit for me. The sound is just ok, but good for dog walks and listening to podcasts or audiobooks. Can’t tell what the battery life of the case is (doesn’t show up on my iPhone) so I can’t tell when it’s low and needs to be charged but battery life is way better than my old AirPods.I usually use Bose QuietComfort Headphones but when I need something small and portable, these are it. Great bargain for the price.

Good sound quality for the price, limited "extras" though
Everyone needs a cheap pair of earbuds right? That's why I bought these, for running by myself when I don't care so much about the sound quality (mostly podcasts) or losing them, or getting them wet, or stolen. When I have a serious run to do, my apple airpods are the choice every time. When I'm running with others shokz are my choice since then I can hear others talk. But there's always a time and place for cheap ear buds. My last pair are slowly failing. I liked them enough I bought a second pair when the first failed but have had some niggly issues with them almost from the start. I like them still because they had the "extras" that I'll mention below and tempted to try a third pair but figured I'd give another brand a shot. So it was time to find a new pair and saw these somewhere in an add or article for the best quality cheap earbuds on Amazon. They DO have impressive sound quality for the $15 I paid (on sale). In fact they are probably the best sounding earbuds I've had for under $30. So I really can't complain cause that's the main priority: cheap and good sound quality. They feel pretty good too. My only downsides though is that they don't come with any "extras" I've had with other pairs. For example, I'd like a display showing the percentage of charge the case and/or the earbuds are currently at. You never really know where they are and you don't want them to die in the middle of a run. Secondly, I'd like more controls available by touching or double tapping the buds. They are preset with a double tap to only give you play/pause (right bud) and next track (left bud) which also seems backwards to me (I always feel like the right bud should be next track for some reason). If you single tap them you get a *beep* but it does nothing and it's hard to touch them to adjust in your ear w/o this *beep* happening, like the touch point is too big on the bud or something. You have to adjust them carefully or ensure you are touching certain spots to avoid the annoying *beep*. I would love to have volume control somehow but maybe that's asking for too much. Still my last pair of cheap earbuds had these features.Ok so I'm being picky but figured why not mention every detail. For the money the sound quality and comfort is hard to beat. If you don't care about the "extras" then you would be hard pressed to do better.

Well worth it
I’ve been enjoying these earbuds for 2 days now. Fit and comfort is good. When I lay down they can be slightly uncomfortable but I find that with all earbuds. The sound quality is pretty good. I enjoy different types of music. And these hit notes just fine. I also appreciate the app that allows me to make adjustments. No ANC, but that’s ok. I can hear the music just fine, and if done tries to get my attention I notice. The touch control is excellent. I’ve been confused by other buds touching and smashing the earbuds to my head looking for a response. Not with these. Light taps and the earbuds respond. So far I find the quality on par with more expensive name brands and even recently returned a top name brand to try these. And I’m keeping these.A+ Money well spent

K20i Decent Earbuds.
The K20i are quite nice for semi-in ears, they are comfortable. I actually like these more for clarity compared to my P20i, which are quite bassy. The K20i have custom EQ, allowing me to tweak 8 bands and create EQ profiles. With customizable EQ, I dont need that much bass it already has enough, and I can tune the vocals to what I like. The 6 hour battery life is decent. However, depending on volume, it could be around 5 hours. The case build quality does not feel the best, the case has gaps where the lid closes. The earbuds themselves do have a visible line where the shells are bonded. Could degrade the glue, with a isopropyl alcohol, causing the earbuds to fall apart exposing the drivers and electronics. I have to use a gentle detergent + water solution in an atomizer bottle, sprayed on a microfiber cloth. The connection issues, I try connect and a few minutes later, it disconnected, then I placed the earbuds back in the case, pulled them out, and reconnected them. Then, I read soundcore troubleshooting and say to reset earbuds, and this fixed the connection issues. These are decent earbuds that surprised me with the sound quality at such a low price. Just make sure to get the soundcore app, these are not great without EQ tuning.
