Healthy and delicious!! I love this brand and it’s my number one pic!! Definitely recommend!! Goes great in all my smoothies and protein shakes ~ I can eat it plain even!! I just like the taste personally ~ some ppl might not tho.. if you crave anything healthy and good for you! If you like seaweed, you will definitely like this!! Great brand! Trustworthy! Great product and easy to use. Dissolves in water easily and mixes well in a smoothie.

Good stuff
Taste takes a bit getting used to but that goes without saying for natural and herbal products. The powder is super dark green and you can smell the algae. That's a good thing. Regarding if it made a difference in how i feel. Not sure if it has any immediate effects but you know consuming plant-based protein is good for you. Get it.

It takes time to get used to the taste!
It says to use a half a teaspoon, it was to strong to me so I use only a 1/4 teaspoon. But it’s a good product!
