Our gas fireplace started acting in some our coldest weather. After checking everything, cleaning the igniter, etc. I discovered the regulator wasn’t working properly. This regulator is an exact replacement. Also purchased a gas tester, don’t trust soap bubbles any more. Installed this in an about 20 minutes, half of the time removing the old one., one awkward screw to take out and put back. Ran the tester to confirm no gas leaks, and the fireplace was back fully operational. Great product, fast delivery service. The house is now staying warm in near zero temps.
