My only reasoning for 4 stars instead of 5 is because we have to trick our dog to eat these. It’s like they’re so healthy that he can smell it so he’ll give the supplements one sniff, pick it up in his mouth, and immediately drop it. We break them up in his food dish and he doesn’t know the difference. They’re soft, which is great for our older dog who has a hard time with harder treats. He has bad allergies that affect his ears and skin so I wanted to try these out. He seems to be doing pretty good lately and we’ve only been giving them to him for a little over a week. He’s not rubbing his ears on the carpet or chewing on his paws as bad. For his weight we only have to give him one a day so I think it’s definitely worth the money.

My dog has allergies on her skin, she’s a cooker spaniel which I’m told is normal. These soft chews have helped immensely with her itching and have helped her dry nose! Our big, 10 -year-old, wonderful Pit Bull/Basset Hound mix has been struggling to calm down to sleep at night. We were hopeful that these would help. Unfortunately after only two nights of giving him the 3 chews (the weight chart on the bottle said this is the proper dosage), he threw up all over the family room. The first night we tried these he hesitated to eat them; I wasn’t surprised since they smelled gross. But it didn’t take long for our highly food-motivated boy to gobble them down. They didn’t seem to help him much with staying calm but he wasn’t sick. After his second night of eating the 3 chews right after dinner, he seemed fine when we went to bed and in fact was sleeping peacefully. When I got up early to get water, I stepped in a big pile of vomit. After turning on lights, I saw that he had thrown up in 4 different places. While I was cleaning it all up, he fell asleep on his bed. Later when it was breakfast time with his sister cat, he acted hungry as usual. I hesitated but decided the sickness seemed to be over. I hate that I was wrong; he threw up once more on a rug and twice outside. I feel terrible for causing more upset to his tummy. Fortunately, now he’s asleep again and seems okay. While there are many positive reviews on here, I highly recommend keeping a close eye on your fur baby when trying these. There are a few other reviews that mention their dog getting sick. Hopefully they help your sweet babies and don’t upset their tummies 💕
