Do not buy this
I would not buy this product, it used to be really good I bought loads of it two years ago and it was dark brown inside the capsule which is the actual colour of bark, no it is a beige color and had absolutely no effect on my issues, I would definitely not recommend this product if you look online it's meant to be dark brown and this company has changed it.

Not effective forme
The product is said to be helpful for overactive bladders. Sadly, after using the tablets at a full dose of 4 per day for over a week, there was little or no effect. It may work better for others.
