What kind of wood can this engrave? Pine, Oak, poplar, maple, mahogany? I need to know specifically, thanks!

It can do a wide variety really can't get specific because it all depends on your bet your speeds and I would recommend upgrading the router motor but other than that it's a solid machine good starter

Will it etch on stone?

It will etch anything provided you don't put too much load on the spindle. The art is determining your depth of cut, RPMs and feed per revolution. it also matters what type of stone: each has its own hardness scale. Talc will cut easily. Marble not so much. You'll want to use carbide cutting tools instead of high-speed steel.

Can it add Mist Coolant Lubrication spray?

This is not suitable for the installation of mist coolant lubrication spray
