It’s impossible to find normal settings menu in this TV. For example, power management is either not available or just can’t be found. It says Android 11 but it’s not Android. Google play login is impossible. Picture quality is okay and sound is okay as well.

Product looks refurbished or display piece. There are dents and white spot on the screen. And the packaging has been opened when we received it.

You can tell is not a new TV like to the package is was rap againMaybe it was displayed TV..Wii check in few days if it was not good will return it back
