Korma Curry KitEverybody loves a Korma, now you can create one at home using my own Korma curry kit. This is the original curry for kings, and works well with chicken. Personally, I would add extra chilli's, but I will leave that up to you! Shopping List:400-600g of lamb, chicken, seafood, paneer or vegetablesSaltMilk3 cloves garlic150g Greek yoghurt1 tbsp ghee2 onions75g creamed coconut or 200ml coconut milkFresh coriander1 large lemonMethodSaffron Milk Empty Bag 1 into a bowl with 2 tbsp of milk – leave to steepMarinade Empty Bag 2 into a pestle and mortar and crush the whole spices. Transfer to a large bowl.Crush the ginger and garlic with a tsp of salt and place into the same bowl with the yoghurt and main ingredient. Leave to marinate for 30 minsMasala Mince the onions and leave to one side. Heat ghee in a pan and stir in the contents of Bag 3 until fragrant.Stir in your minced onions and cook to soften for about 10 mins; do not let them brown too much.Stir in the marinated ingredients and cook for a few mins. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting. For meat, put the lid on the pan and cook for 20 mins (just 5 mins for other ingredients).Stir in the creamed coconut along with the contents of Bag 4, stir to cook and thicken.Pour in the saffron milk, stir and remove from the heat.Add fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice to serve.
