Easy to install and looks well made for a budget model.Canopy is about 1.8m wide compare with an overall length of 2m.There is a delivery warning label about checking the unit whilst the delivery man is waiting. This may not be that practical considering that it is a large well wrapped and boxed parcel. Mine was fortunately undamaged.

Brought this awning and also the 3m Manual Awning and both look great. The 2m awning developed a problem when winding it down. I emailed Primrose and their response was quick. When I sent pictures of the problem they sent me the part I needed within the week. They checked with me to see if things were now working ok. All through my dealings with them were polite and dealt with my concerns quickly. The awnings are great and look really good when up but it was especially nice to know that there customer service was just as good as their product.

Had to spend time straightening the bottom right hand corner, which had been bent, so that one of the bolts could be driven home. Most likely damaged at the time of manufacture, as there were no cracks in the paint, but not identified before sale. Obviously this caused installation problems. It does look good and works well.

The only slight disappointment, was that it was dented a little on the side arm, but didn@t warrant sending back as everything still worked!

Estoy muy contento con este toldo que he comprado, de primeras no he encontrado en ningún sitio un toldo de 2 metros como este. Ha quedado muy bien, es robusto y se le ve de calidad.La colocación es muy sencilla, todo un acierto.
