These chews taste great. I would class them as good value for money. My child started taking them 3 months ago now and I have definitely seen an improvement in sleep- I got these as a last resort based on other reviews after constant wake ups and I’m really pleased with the results- wake ups are now occasional whereas they were multiple times a night.

My son can be super picky about chewable vitamins, but he really likes this brand! The taste is great, and they've been a great supplement for him. Not only that, but we've also noticed an improvement in his sleep quality. Lasts a long time too. Highly recommend !

We’re currently trying these chewy magnesium tablets to help support my son with his ADHD symptoms. So far, he really likes them – they taste great and the cute bear shape makes them fun and easy for him to take. Of course, we're still seeing how they work over time, but it’s been a positive experience so far. Definitely a good option for kids who are picky with supplements.

Great for kids

I have an ADHD child who wakes daily with night terrors. After a week or so of using these, they stopped waking up in the night. I thought it was a fluke, so didn't buy more. After a few days, the night wakings returned?! Needless to say, I now have it on subscription! (ADHD and magnesium deficiency seems to be a common thing - I also have ADHD and take an equivalent adult supplement which also helps my sleep).

Love these and really have helped improve my 10yr and 7yr old’s sleep. I’d give it a few weeks to take effect and see if it works for your child. Downside is the price has increased dramatically so I’ve stopped my subscription
