It’s a good size dose ( 1000mg) of Potassium (Kalium) hooked to citric acid. It’s in capsule form. Thats as much potassium as in about 2 1/2 bananas.so that’s good. The drawback is it smells a little musty to me, which I have also found in other mineral supplements. Probably no issue with that in the gut except it should have no odor at all. I had solid dose potassium that I took previously but it was only 400 mg so not enough to keep my labs in the normal range. But I liked taking those more. I think when I use these up I will go back to solid dose and just take a couple instead.

Works well. No cramps. Work out 6 days a week and was suffering from charlie horses daily till now.
