It’s rare nowadays to find a product that actually gives you value for your money. This is one of those products. Well built. It does what it’s supposed to do and I am really pleased with it. The neutral grip and hook design allows you to expand your pull up bar capabilities without the need for major $$$$ gym investment.

Got them to achieve a neutral hanging grip and as a heavy band handle. They work, appear to be built well, heavy duty. The knurling is deep but not uncomfortable, These are pricey... go them on sale.

These grips did just as they advertised they'd do. Like most others, I'm on a pull-up bar that allows me to grip the bar either to do an over the bar grip or underhanded grip. With these, I can comfortably do neutral grip pull-ups now and have unlocked at least 3 other pull-up variations.The only thing I have an issue with is the price. But, it's a one time buy hopefully.There are similar products out there that I've tried before and they don't measure up. I tried one grip that consisted of a piece of wood and a rope. Technically, it worked but it added too much length from the bar and the grips moved. With this grip, it doesn't add much length from the bar and it doesn't move because of the rubber grips that connect to the bar.

The media could not be loaded.  I was contemplating buying an additional multigrip pull-up attachment for my Titan rack so I could also do a neutral grip pullips. Purchased this instead and was pleasantly surprised without they felt. Knurling was good, they felt way better than I expected for something just hanging on the bar. Would definitely recommend
