I got this Pectus Excavatum Vacuum Bell as an adult, and after 3 months of use, I can say it’s working great at lifting my sternum. My case is mild (sternum about 1-2 inches in), and this device has made a noticeable difference. It creates strong suction and stays in place well, making it easy to use consistently. The material is comfortable and washable, which is a big plus. It takes a little time to get used to the pressure, but once you do, it’s painless and effective. The airtight seal on the suction cup is awful. Air keeps leaking in, so the suction keeps deflating unless you constantly keep pumping it. That's not a practical to do, because you're supposed to wear this thing for up to two hours at a time. No one should have to constantly pump the valve for two hours! I followed all the instructions, and even coated the rim of the suction cup with vaseline to improve the airtight seal, but nothing worked. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because, when the vacuum bell IS constantly pumped, it does do what it's designed to do.

I bought this for my teenager son. We purchased the medium so the outer edges do not over the nipples. Product: the silicon was thick and flexible. It seems to be well made. I was told that 1 kpa is about 5 pinches, and 15 kpa is about 22 pinches. That’s the range for my teenager and it also depends on his own feel of comfort. Shipping: it took about 1-2 weeks, but is is within the estimated shipping time. Manual: it came with manual in Chinese, but an English version was given electronically when asked. Issue: I didn’t realize there were three versions and bought the very basic one without separate pressure value they you can control. I explained the kpa above. If you want better precision, you may consider buying one with a pressure gauge. Customer service: very good communication with the seller once amazon has the seller contact me to answer my questions.

The build quality is very good. The suction quality and the shape of it (oval) is excellent. I’ve used other more expensive vacuum bells and this is equal to those if not better. i’m 5'11 with a muscular body and I ordered the larger size and it fits perfectly.

I researched these and watched videos before selecting this one on Amazon. The cost is much more reasonable than elsewhere and it works. We picked slightly larger than needed to avoid buying another one in the near future (medium would fit better than large near the nipples). My son is 15, weighs about 160, and is about 6 feet tall as a reference. One of the photos was taken after 30 minutes and you can clearly see his chest protruding out compared to the other close up photo. Also, no valve poking your chest like I saw on other listings. If you are on the fence, get it! It works but you have to use it every day for at least 1 year.

Did not come with a pressure gauge measurement as shown on here. Have only used off and on for a week so still too early to tell if it is working. Also no instructions came with product, and those that did were written in Chinese and thus were useless

La presión que se siente en el pecho intimida pero es aguantable, mido 1.8 metros y el L es la mejor opción, solo he usado el producto 4 veces (2 días) y los cambios son notorios, no es milagroso pero si hay una diferencia, mi caso no es muy severo por eso creo que esta funcionando bien (tengo menos de 5 centímetros de hundimiento), si tu caso es mas severo recomendaría ir con un medico antes de comprar, no tiene sentido que tires tu dinero a la basura.
