Q: Are the pieces marked on the back?

I don't believe they are...I never noticed markings, anyway. I've given it away and can't check, but I believe the answer is "no."

Q: I am missing a puzzle piece. Can I get the piece replaced?

I've bought a lot of eeboo puzzles, and the uality, etc. has always ben good. But one time almost one-quarter of the puzzle was missing. I contacted eeboo directly, and they could not replace so many pieces, but credited me with the cost of the puzzle. Something really weird must have happened on their assembly line. If you are going to contact them to get one piece replaced, I suggest you work the puzzle and photograph a close-up of the missing piece spot so that they can identify it, and maybe it will be possible. You can reach eeboo online, or through Amazon. I talked with them at their own web address that I googled.

I can't say enough good about the quality of this puzzle...but I just ordered a bunch more from this company and that speaks volumes.I almost didn't order this one because the design seemed a bit childish...I mean, faces on bugs....seriously? It is soooo cute, though and the design is just tough enough to remind me that I've got some age on me and it still seems appropriate.The pieces are cut precisely and fit together easily but stay put (I use an easel so there's a bit of drag on the pieces that can mess up a puzzle that doesn't stay together nicely). There is no annoying ridge on the back at the edges or any extra paper bumps on edges. Precise cut.The material is hard...not like the soft, almost papier mache quality of some others.The color saturation is amazing and the high gloss finish makes the pieces feel almost like porcelain.Just a beautiful puzzle...I'm glad I took a chance on this one and discovered my now favorite puzzle company.

decent for the price

for $10, its not too bad of a puzzle. the pieces aren’t very sturdy, and if put with the wrong pieces, rips apart the cardboard puzzle pieces. which is one of my biggest puzzle pet peeves.. the circular style was interesting and fun for a first time experience. finding no corner pieces was a weird experience though lol.
