What a phenomenal way to always have the exact stories from your father and your childrens grandfather.. just another way to learn the story of your family and connect with each other. Beautiful!

My grandpa is getting up there in age and his health hasn't been 100% lately so I bought him and my grandma these. Let me tell you. Even if he doesn't fill this out 100%, it has been worth it to me. He has told me so many stories about him when he was young that I would have NEVER heard. I am so proud to call myself his granddaughter and I hope that I can share all of these stories with the next generation <3

Excellent book and format

Was a gift for my sister and she never said anything. It wasn’t the book she just stopped talking to meOh well I really looked at all the journals and I believe it was the best

This book is thoughtfully put together with beautiful writing prompts. The pages are thick but not heavy and glossy but not shiny.I knew that Dad would be more receptive to this if my son gifted it to him for Father's Day.My Dad opened this and said "Message Received"!He flipped through it and said "There isn't enough room for all my stories, so I'll be adding lots of paper."My Dad is a big storyteller, so I'm eager to see what stories he chooses to include in this book.In fact, following this gift, he told me about how my Great Uncle was a part of the Proctor Crew 384 in WWII. I know that this will be just a part of what he includes in this book.I think he was happy with this gift and I'm glad we got it for him.This will be a wonderful keepsake for all of his children and grandchildren.

I bought this for my dad for Christmas for my kids, so some day they can learn so much about their pappy…. Unfortunately my dad got Covid for Christmas, he didn’t make it a week into 2022… I never got to give it to him… but we are attempting to fill in things we know for them.., bc now they need it more than ever… buy this well before you’ll need it! Bc once they’re gone, it’s too late…

Two of these were given to my husband and me when we were going to be grandparents. We decided to get these for our friends who were going to be grandparents for the first time. They were grateful to receive them.
