The black version looks (even?) better in person. Mine seems to work great, and I love watching it. There's not a huge amount of movement to see, but the balance wheel, escapement, and one cog moving in 'real time' provide plenty entertainment! Note if you didn't already: there's no second hand. If there was, we might see more/faster movement. One gripe is that the lack of any half-link option for the strap means I must choose between either a slightly slack watch, or one that fits great until my arm swells ever so slightly with the elements then is quite tight. But I think that's just life, right? Overall this was a great deal when I bought and it's got me dangerously interested in skeleton watches

Hi This is a lovely watch but the strap I got with it keeps opening, hence I can't wear it. Need a new strap. Can someone assist Many thanks

First of all, I really liked the design and it's the reason I bought it. Sadly the bracelet lock/clasp became quite loose so I was unlocking it by reaching out into my pocket, wearing shirts, dressing up or doing anything casual. Eventually I've lost it (I assume it slode of my wrist after night out). I was wearing it everyday for five or six month so kind of sad. To summarise, if you want something for every day, probably not the best choice. It looks really good and probably one of the best designs in the price range. Beautiful but not practical.

Great product, as described. The only problem is that the Warranty Card supplied (as with all of these watches from T.E.) doesn't have a retailer stamp on the applicable section of the card, so I'm unsure if the Warranty is actually valid? It seems to be a genuine product, however.

I have held off reviewing this to get a bit of use. Well made watch, keeps time reasonablely, stap can be fiddly but quite secure. Biggest complaint from me is if you have smaller wrists (I do) the links are not black all over and you get an annoying glint from the silver colour in between the links.

The amazing design looks premium, and the quality is extraordinary, I have so far purchased 2 watches from TE and both of them are unique in design. Definitely buy more for my collection.
