Q: Is this product the cylinder hone or just the stones? The title says "stone set" but the description makes me believe it is the entire honing tool.

Amazon has the part number incorrect. The part number you require is the whole tool = SKU LIS 23500 not LIS23520 . If you order from PMD Products you will receive the part 23500 the articulating hone with the 220 grit hone stones attached.

My son has borrowed the glaze breaker so it’s not in my shop. But generally you would carefully grind off the heads of the rivets and remove the stones. Buy the replacement stones first to see how they are fastened. Usually machine bolt or cotter pin
