Bought this for my husband to play with. It seems to be very good quality and the magnet on this is very strong. It’s very sturdy and I really don’t see a way to break it. It does cover the trigger and there are a ton of ways or places rather where you can mount/use it. Hubby likes it so I’m happy with this purchase.

I was under the impression that the item was magnetized enough to hold itself and firearm to the metal wall, not have to be affixed to it by screws.

Like the title says, this product has a solid and strong magnet that keeps firearm secured with ease. It doesn’t really like to cooperate with revolvers though; the wheel seems to get in the way. You can make them work, but it takes more effort than expected.

This thing is junk doesn't hold the firearm far enough away from what you mount it to. Your hand can't get a full grip on the gun to remove it.

The magnet on this holder is strong and holds tight. You can mount it anywhere which makes it useful to mount any place or setup your going for.

It most definitely holds a pistol in safe keeping where you place it.

I thought the magnet alone would be enough to hold this to this and support a weapon. But it isn’t you have to screw it into the surface with the provided screws or it will not hold. Once that is done you really don’t even need the magnet you could by a holster and do the same thing.
