Value for cash
As head of the local FPV chapter and having a YouTube channel to boot I always look for good value per dollar and this vtx, though not as nice as a unify is a great value for the money. It's high output means that you can really get out there but be warned, do not use a cheap antenna with this guy on a high output setting, you will not be happy. It is best to use the heat sink on outputs above 200 or when you will not get a constant air flow.

Take Your Time
Take your time when installing anything. I was in a hurry, crossed wires and sent a batt main right into the vtx. Instant BEC explosion. Loud pop. Scared the crap outta me and then came the smoke. I've had one before, thats how I was able to rate. Good company, AKK imo

It seems to work fine but I can't get the smart audio to work on the 2 that I have. I don't have osd on my flight controllers, I prefer to use lua script to make changes but the vtx settings are not working on my vtx. I Also notice that the led display on this vtx is not working after it is powered on for a few min and it has warmed up, It starts to display random segments so it is useless.

Eh, good for the money I suppose
The range is pretty dissapointing, reaches maybe 300 feet with the power at highest setting when receiving with a fat shark scout. Runs nice and cool with the heat sink. Seems like a solid build.Doesn't include adhesive tho.

2.35 Miles with it set to 25 milliwatts.
I thought I had the AKK FX2 VTX set to 200 miliwatts and was going to test the range. I was fairly impressed that I got 2.35 miles out of it only to discover that it was set to 25 milliwatts. I am using a Foxeer Pagoada on the plane and a Aomway 5.8G 13dbi Diamond Directional in the VRX.

POWERFUL
1W means I can fly 1kM out on only omnis. Can't wait to try it with my high output ELRS and a high gain.
