Q: Can this be used for adult diapers also?

Definitely! I used it for mine postpartum and they fit you just may need to change the bag more often since they're larger.

Q: Is this compatible with munchkin refil bags?

I'm not certain but I do know bags are a rip off so I went to the local dollar store and actually some purchased scented bags n just tie them around the top . Works just as well and much more cost effective

Q: Can replacement parts be ordered? The bottom diaper bag tray/door, the feet on the bottom broke off. The tray just falls over instead of reclining.

ours broke, too and we could not find replacement parts, that's not saying we tried very hard. We got another genie, a little cheaper and it was terrible. We ended up buying a Munchkin. It's ok.
