Stop Smoking 7days

Bought this by mistake, thinking that it was nicotine patchs. Once it came, i realised that its actually a book and not what I wanted. Could have returned but kept it anyways and was lying by my bed for almost a week, each time i took a smoke and came back, i would look at it and go to sleep or do just ignore.After a week I thought of giving this book a chance and it turned out to be good. I read it and follwed the instructions and understood what the writer wanted to convey, which helped me quit smoking.Its been two weeks since I have quit and i actually have started working out. I go for a jog, exercise and have a healthy lifestyle now.This book is worth the money and I would recommend it for all smokers out there who want to quit smoking but cannot because of addiction or maybe they just like it.Smoking is a terrible habit. READ THE BOOK!!!
