What's the difference between this senior food and the regular Applaws?

Applaws regular and senior both have no added vitamins and minerals only those which exist naturally in the product. All of our Dry Foods are complete as they have added vitamins and minerals and all of the nutrition cats need. The Senior dry food is specially formulated to help senior cats maintain a healthy lifestyle. Applaws is grain free and made with 80% chicken. It also contains coconut oil which can be a natural source of MCT Fats (Medium Chain Triglycerides) These are long chain fatty acids found in ingredients like coconut which have been shown to have beneficial effect on the memory. Applaws also has a range of Complete wet products that are suitable for Senior cats. These products contain a soft jelly which make it easier for cats with dental problems.

Is this dry cat food applaws suitable for a 12 year old cat?

Yes. They do a senior cat dry food, or the normal would be ok. I use applaws dry AND a high meat content wet food too (most are only 4%, but i buy bonzita which is 80%)

is it really £29+ for 400gm?
