Awesome 2nd plane
Performs exceedingly well, amazing at this price point. My son and I started with an E-flite UMX Radian before we stepped up to this plane. Going straight to Conscendo Advanced would have been a disaster. Conscendo is 100x the performance of the Radian at only 30% more cost but we would have destroyed the Conscendo if we hadn't had the learning on the Radian.The user guide is straightforward and clear. The Brian Phillips YouTube build video was super helpful plus triggered our buying decision.SAFE mode is incredible. We both use it to launch and land. My 13 yr old son uses it during most of flight but he is going longer and longer with it off for aerobatics.We started out using the Spektrum DXe transmitter. Relatively inexpensive and works great for this plane in stock configuration as well as the Radian.This plane is so efficient that it is tough to land unless you have a super long open landing strip (we have about 100' and tough).After a bit of tinkering and an email to Horizon Hobby tech support, figured out how to configure flaperons and spoilerons with a DX6e transmitter, a couple of 3" servo extension cables, and an AR636 USB programming adapter. The key step I was missing was to configure airplane type on the AR636 receiver to "normal" and program aircraft type to "flaperon" plus configure flaps on the Dx6e transmitter. DXe works great Conscendo out of the box but it will NOT do flaperons.Flaperons work awesome, make landing sooo much easier. Spoilerons work even better for landing, now use flaperons for loitering in thermals. DXe works great as student radio through the DX6e as pilot-link master.

Great value! Take it with me in my Semi and fly all over the country. Can handle 20mph winds no problem... Wish the wings were quick disconnect.

Nice long flights
Love this plane. Got thermals, glide for a while. No thermals, fly sporty. Not excellent at either, but does very well at both. Love being able to fly for more than 5 minutes at a time.

Great glider
It is a fantastic glider ! Both biginers and advance rc pilots will enjoy it a lot ! The battery compartment / holder should have been made slightly better. But i guess that is a problem with most of the rc planes š

Very nice flyer!
Only have two flights on it so far, but I like it. It was very easy to assemble. I have to do a little of experimenting with the cg, I think the battery I'm using might be moving around a little, seemed a bit nose heavy on first flights.

Such a pleasure to fly!! Hands down the best glider ābang for your buckā. Long flights, great handling, and the SAFE mode is awesome for new pilots. Bonded easily to the DXE controller from other Horizon planes Iāve purchased.
