Order Early. Pray your studs are perfectly aligned.
TLDR: Pretty solid and good quality. My daughter likes it. Buy early, shipping takes awhile and there may be parts missing, etc. Skip the wall panels.Long review.Shipping: took a few weeks. When it arrived, one of the parts was wrong. Customer service responded and sent the new part but it did take nearly a full 2 more weeks to get it. Keep that in mind if ordering for Christmas or a deadline (like birthday).Assembly: assembling the unit was relative quick and easy. You do have to tie the rope ladder yourself, which I didn’t expect. If you’re not a boyscout - you can still manage with the knot instructions provided. Definitely need 2 people for the structure assembly. Re-tighten everything once you get the three parts together.Quality: Assembled it seems sturdy-enough. I does have a little give that I wasn’t expecting but it withstood my husband (190 lbs) testing it out. Would recommend keeping users under the 130lb limit as the instructions suggest. Our daughter is 30lbs so it should last her a good while.Other: pre-drilled holes matched up relatively well with our existing studs for mounting the unit to the wall. One hole was off but we were able to drill our own and it worked fine. The climbing wall panels are another story. The pre-drilled holes didn’t align well with the studs. We will have to drill our own holes for many of the panels too. Aesthetically, not my favorite thing. I’ll have to wood fill the pre drilled holes and paint etc.I’d probably skip the wall panels if I had it to do over. Just do the monkey bar/attachments.

Must mount to wall!
Directions leave a bit to be desired but this is the best investment I’ve made for my kids yet!It was missing one “small dowel” but came with one extra “large dowel” so we just cut it to size.I can’t keep my kids off of it. It’s the best!

Fantastic company and great products!
I purchased the big monkey bar set + rock climbing wall, and my entire experience with Wood and Hearts has been excellent. I messed up on my order, and when I contacted their customer service, they answered the phone immediately and got me in contact with who I needed. Then, when emailing them, they were quick to respond, polite, and gave me all the necessary details to assure me things were getting taken care of (and they were!)The 3 packages arrived in about 3-4 weeks. Everything was nicely packaged and nothing was damaged. Instructions were great, and even when some confusion arose, we were able to figure it out quickly. The monkey bar set came together great and is awesome for our kids (ages 5, 3 and 1). They will definitely be able to grow into this for a long time. The "big" monkey bar set is 92 inches tall, so it is high up there. Just be aware of that if you order the big set. The only issue we've had is that, on the monkey bars, the dowels will rotate sometimes, no matter how much we tighten it. We might add some wood glue to one end to help that. Other than that, the kids have played on it constantly and it has been a huge hit!The rock wall holds are firm. They might take some time to get used to if your littles are used to actual rock climbing holds like mine are. They say they have to wear socks while climbing them because it hurts their feet if they don't. But after wearing socks, they haven't complained at all. The holds are not changeable once they've been screwed in and mounted to the wall, but they work for a fun play wall.Overall, it's a fantastic company. I really appreciate their customer service and love their products!
