Can we cook sabzi/ mutton in less oil like we do in aluminium cooker ? Does it stick or burn ???

Aluminium is poisonous metal and steel dosent react with food. It is not non stick but whatever sticks to it in any amount can just be removed by pouring very hot water. It is several times better than aluminium ones.
