Bought this for my husband, who has cancer and had major surgeries in his head 2 months ago, so we could go to the beach. He likes the color of his hat, and he says it fits very well. The value for the money is great, and it provides wonderful protection from the son.

We bought this hat on a whim for my husband’s Mission Trip. We weren’t sure how it was going to hold up, but it worked really well for a week of construction in the July Dominican heat! We bought the orange and khaki and both were fantastic and just like the picture! It fit my husband really well. It kept the sun off his neck and face and wasn’t hot like some of the other fishing hats can be. It also dried really quickly!

The hat had a good design, just a wider brim than I thought would work in high winds, maybe flapping around. The sun shade in back would reduce rays, but may tear or fray after some use in rugged conditions. Lightweight, scrunchable, fit my 7 &3/8s head size, can be made smaller with pull cord.

These types of hats look very goofy but they're worth it. They really protect your neck, ears and face from sun damage. They're very lightweight and stay in place despite heavy wind because of the drawstring that can be tightened under your chin.
