I purchased it on Sep-2021, since then it is wroking well for me, and offcourse you need to deep clean is after each use.Cable length is very short.

This product was a wedding gift, and was such a disappointment to know that the product did not even work when the couple tried to turn it on. The grill just wouldn't heat and it was basically of no use. And since this was a wedding gift, we got to know of the product state after the return policy closed (1 week) and now when I'm trying to contact the company, it is closed. PLEASE HELP!!! Amazon should definitely check with their sellers and help the customers in such situations as we are purchasing the product via Amazon and not directly from the seller.

This barbeque grill is good. Only the thickness of the material should be a little more.It will fulfill your needs.Recommended product

The material need s to be handled with care since not very sturdy but is decent enough for regular use at home. Used it many times since I bought it is working fine. nice grill. pace of heating very nice with the handy regulator control

It does the job but,1. I had to change the wire to a good quality wire as within 1 hour the wire got burnt.2. I had to change the socket to 15 amp socket as the motor is of 2000 w. The original socket also got burnt.3. I had to purchase screws to attach the stand blocks as they were not provided.4. I had to tie up all the skews with thread as one of the skew was broken.after all these upgrades, now its working fine. roughly I spent 200 rs more to this set to upgrade. If the manufacturer upgrades the model bu itself, it may be then good and capable of 4 star.
