This is very sturdy, light weight, portable. Can be used multiple workouts. I just love this product

Great for Tricep Workout
Great for Tricep workout and close grip presses. The bar itself is hollow and very light in weight - didn't like this. But loved the neutral wrist position i can get with this piece of equipment which mimics DB's.

Product is okay but the delivery boy has returned only 25 Rs instead of Rs 125/-I had paid him Rs 700/-Kindly refund the access money back

Quality of the Rod is Good nd it's heavy which makes me believe that it can take heavy weights.

Bar is good Lock is bad
Bar is good. One of the locks is bad. It touches the weight and won't allow to turn and tight more. Quality checking should have done before sending the item.
