I take this every alternate day along with food sources of iron. I find it highly effective - immunity has drastically improved, along with energy levels. I especially like that this has B12 and selenium which work for overall health and immunity, as anemia or thyroid problems for women usually happen with the deficiency of these exact vitamins and minerals.
