it have only rda dosage but in suppliment form we need atleast 5x of dosage. I have to take took pills to make it work. its not for those who are deficient in b vitamins

Very bad and pungent smell. You can smell it from 100 mtr, that much strong smell. I cant even stand it nearby, let alone eat it.

Good product , tablets are in gold colour and swallowed after food. Yet to see the progress ! Hoping this builds good immunity

Seems to do a good job but has a strange iodine smell that is a bit overpowering. Definitely value for money and worth a try
