Tastes really good. Haven't ever liked plain water now enjoy it with this mixed in. Definitely need supplements as a senior citizen the energy is not there nor is deep sleep. Hoping this brings some energy back. Not many people get everything they need from their diet. Some can drink coffee all day which is high in magnesium I just can't bothers my heartburn.

I don’t have much exposure to electrolyte powder as I recently started intermittant fasting. The flavor is good, and by its specs does not appear to break a fast, and it certainly gets you through lost fasting periods.

After using the product for about 4 weeks, it turned to a hard clump that is difficult to break up. The lid was always placed on tight and kept in a cool and dark area. It does not dissolve as well as other electrolyte drink brands that we have previously used. Flavor is fine (blue raspberry).
