This product seems to really help me with many issues. I'm less sore after workouts, I feel less anxiety and stress, and my mood is much better. It does have a chalky taste, but it's not bad and I've gotten used to it. IT's to be expected. My only question is that the product claims to have 12 parts per billion and the Dr. Mercola version with the same amount of elemental magnesium only claims to have 8 parts per million. So, somebody is wrong! I would certainly buy this again, but I think the Dr. Mercola version is probably more realistic in the total hydrogen in the product. I'm going to buy it next time to see if I can tell a difference!

The tablets are well packaged in a box and within blister packs of 15 each, for a total of 30 tablets. A tablet dissolved into 12-14 ounces of tap water within about 15 seconds with no trace particulate residue and substantial micro bubbling. Taste was neutral and not unpleasant. I am obbessed. This tabs have helped me through our 100+ degree days of summer. I take them first thing in the morning and I feel so hydrated that I don't go grab as much water as I normally do. AFter a day in the heat they are a perfect drink to get me back on track as well.

Have used this for years! I like to buy from Amazon( when it’s available).. use it once a day.. first thing in the morning.. helps with energy.. skin and hydration.. pricey.. but a product I highly recommend 👍🏻
