Mix feelings
The hand feel of this yarn is very dry/matte (don't know other better word to describe), rougher than most of cords I've owned. During the crochet process, it was not easy at the beginning due to its 'dry' surface, and was hard to pull and turn the cord. But then it became easier and easier once you get a hang of it. Even though it's only 2mm but it does provide structure as the mesh project I've made can stand up on its own. Quite satisfied with the final result though.

Good for Tricky Projects
I like Sensy's reputation and that they use recycled cotton for their cord. Plus, Sensy can be difficult to find so I always appreciate when they have some selection on Amazon. I've never used this type of woven cord before and partly I liked it and partly I didn't. I appreciate that it stayed together well because the tutorial I was watching for this project was terrible and I constantly had to pull knots back out and redo them, which would've destroyed twisted cord, so this gets an A+ there. This is also the first cord I've had that came out even on every cord that I cut--usually, my cords are all slightly different sizes, but this was easy to measure consistently. As for finishing the end with fringe, I pretty much gave up. My ends were very short (bad tutorial!) and I eventually quit trying to comb them as they shredded and ended up at crazy lengths and curly. So, for specific types of projects, this is great macrame cord, but fringe should be avoided, in my opinion.

Great cord
I'm new to the macrame world, but this seems like exactly what I was hoping for, so I'm happy with it. The baby blue I ordered looked just like the picture, and works great for my beginner designs.

2mm Macrame Cord - Thin!
This cord is very much on the thinner side. I've made a couple of plant holders out of it so far and still have cord left to make another. Just be aware that you might need more cord than you think used to its thinness. I miscounted and ended up with 24 strands for one of my hangers once I'd folded and tied it in half; that holder is pretty sturdy. I went a little too light for cord count on the 2nd and am going to have to put a plastic potted plant in it, instead of the other ceramic pots I have. I'm not confident that it would be strong enough to hold a ceramic pot very well.Color is accurate from my perspective. I felt like the cord was good quality and didn't experience any fraying/shedding as I was assembling my plant holders.

Very soft yarn
I got this for crocheting and the yarn is soft and easy to use. I really like the soft purple color.

My first macrame project
I got this macrame cord to make hangers for needlework that I'm hanging on dowel rods, instead of framing it. The 2 mm thickness is what I was looking for, and I'm excited to try macrame for the first time. The color is beautiful and just what I was hoping for.The cord is strong and evenly made, no bumps or other irregularities. (I unwound the whole skein to check.) It definitely feels like cotton! It does feel like it has some finishing chemical on it, and is a little stiff; I plan to hand wash my macrame hangers to try for that soft cotton feel. Since it will be hanging on the wall, that's a symbolic goal rather than a practical need. The cord seems to be an I-cord rather than a braided/spun fiber -- three knitted stitches in the round. I don't know if that's standard for macrame cord, but from my general experience with yarn I know that an I-cord is more flexible and stretchy than braided/spun.I'm very happy with this macrame cord. It's fine enough for small projects (such as picture hangers) and well made. As you may have noticed, I'm pretty ignorant about the standards for macrame cord. However, as a newbie, this cord is exactly what I wanted and I'm confident it will let me make the craft projects I dream of. I recommend it.
