Easy to install for what i needed
I needed an accurate way to measure liquid temperatures in a stainless steel boiler. I didn't want to drill a hole and install a fitting to screw a temperature probe in because the boiler was cylindrical, and I didn't have access to the bottom of it. I didn't want any leaks or to have to try to hammer out a flat enough spot for the bung fitting for those kinds. Since the boiler can never reach a temperature above the liquid within it, sticking it to the outside was the perfect solution for my needs. Also, it comes with extra copper tape in case you need to remove and re-stick it. Bonus!
