Extra Sour Gushers, Super Tangy Candy Bites, Irresistible Extra Sour Gummy Candy (8 Ounce, Blue-Raspberry)

These are awful. The powder is dark and clumps the gushers together into huge hunks. It is also not so much sour as disgustingly bitter. Huge disappointment.

I finally caved and ordered myself some of these after a night of partaking in the devil's lettuce. The next day, I woke up and ready some of the reviews and considered cancelling just from the few bad ones and some of the comments I'd seen. I am so glad that I didn't! I will say I do note some of the chemical taste that others describe, but not overbearing or more than I'd expect of a sour candy. I am an extreme sour lover, think eating raw lemons, warheads, toxic waste, nothing being sour enough. These got me though. I can only handle a handful at a time due to the extreme sour, and I love it. Hello to my new favorite high purchase, farewell to my taste buds

I LOVE sour. Up to this point I would have told you that no candy is too sour for me! Unfortunately the powder these are coated in laces ANY sweetness and manages to overpower the sweetness of the gushers as well. If it was just sour it still wouldn't be good but it wouldn't have warranted one star. There is a deeply unpleasant bitterness to the candy that makes it inedible. It's possible it was a bad batch but as the candy was I'm SO glad I ended up not giving it as a gift as I originally intended.

When they said this is extremely sour they were right! By far the most sour thing I’ve ever eaten. But as a sourhead myself I love it!A lot of people are complaining about “burns” and I doubt it is actually burning them. They can make your tongue feel raw if you eat too many at once, which can feel like a burn. But as long as you’re not sensitive and you only eat a few at a time I think it’s good. I would recommend it, but only for those who truly love sour candy.

It’s extremely sour. Will numb your taste buds completely. It has an aftertaste. I read the description of sour not loss of taste

The media could not be loaded. They came in the mail damaged with sugar pouring out into the bag. Opened them up they are rock hard and tasted like chemicals and they burnt the whole inside of my mouth and throat trying to eat one it’s the worst gushers I have ever had. Would not recommend.

If you’re looking for a REAL sour candy, the kind that makes you sweat a little then this is exactly what you need. If your looking for sour things like ‘sour belts’ keep it pushin because this is the real deal. Portion sizing was decent and flavor was amazing, coating was great! Giving 4 stars because packaging could be a LOT better. Arrived spilled all over the bag it came in as well as got on the other items I had order ( multiple items shipped in one bag, candy came in plastic deli container ) which was a bit disappointing I was looking forward to the candy, what managed to stay in the container I tried. Would order again but don’t want to risk another spill for the price. Update packaging and I’d order again. Other than that no complaints.
