About half the size of a standard bed pillow but does exactly what you need it to. I wish I had this months ago when I got my industrial. It's absolutely amazing to be able to lie your head on an actual pillow, yet put no pressure on an ear that needs to heal. The hole is a great size for your ear. The satin cover is nice, super soft. It's a firm memory foam material so I can understand that some folks may not enjoy that, but it's a good thickness for side sleeping, to keep your neck at a good level. I already had a memory foam pillow so I was pleasantly surprised by this little thing. Very happy with this one!
