I love this pillow. I purchased it as a replacement for an old foam pillow I had with a similar shape. This pillow has a much better construction and the foam is also much firmer but not too firm. It is very comfortable and I highly recommend it.

This pillow comes in an airtight bag and takes several days to inflate to its full shape. After that it is good and comfortable.

It wasn’t as good as it looks. It is still taking it form since I opened the box so I haven’t been able to use it yet.

I was concerned this might not work since it's a bit smaller than my old pillow. But it was great, once I tried it was perfect.

I really wanted to love this pillow but it's frustrating. The low part of the pillow is too low to be comfortable (I'm a side sleeper) and has my head in a decline, and the high part is definitely too high and has my head inclined. I appreciate that it's not white and that it's in a removable/washable cover. It however pulls moisture from my hair (not silk or silky) and frizzes my hair out. It also doesn't cool very much as it claims. As much as I would have loved to love this pillow, I can't--it ended up hurting my neck and shoulders more than anything else, and the constant turning to get comfortable made me sleep even less than I had before.
