It's very roomy I can find 4 meals in there with the ice packs and my breakfast too. I use one of the cup holders for my vitamins & utensils & extra things as needed.

This is a very handy, easy to carry and pack lunch bag. With large containers, I am able to pack breakfast, lunch and snacks as well as milk and water for an entire work day. The insulated bag keeps my hot and cold items at respectable temperatures. I use the Shaker Bottle to mix my Smoothies: one in the Shaker Bottle and the other in a regular bottle which both bottles fitting in the convenient bottle holders on the outside of the bag. The included funnels let me mix a fresh milk chocolate drink without worrying about spilling the chocolate mix all over a counter top in the lunch room. I have a briefcase with wheels and this Lunch bag with the luggage straps lets me slip the lunch bag onto my briefcase so I"m only 'carrying' a single item instead of having to carry 2 bags.I think this is a great gift for someone who is away from home for long hours during the day as lunch and dinner or lunch and dinner can be packed to work in a convenient container.

If you're looking for an adult-friendly lunch bag, this is a good one. It's got so many options, looks good, keeps cold for half a day easily, and is really easy to carry. The color is pretty and I love how all the bits color coordinate. This is NOT a small bag, so it can hold a good amount of food -- a meal and sides, or a meal and a couple of snacks with EASE! Everything is really well made, and the separate sections are easy to use, and firmly sealed when closed. This might work for some teens, but I think it's probably too big and complicated for at-school lunches for most, and would take a lot of locker space, so I'd say that it's definitely more of an adult lunch box, and it really is perfect for that. I really like using it!

This set comes with every possible thing you could need in a lunchbox and water bottle. I love the fact there is a spot for the bottle that comes with the set and room for an outside bottle of whatever drink you may have. It makes for an all in one carry for travel that converts you if anything pops up. I plan on using this for lunch at university and can now bring all the supplies I need to have a nice lunch and plenty of water throughout my day. I think the funnels are a touch silly, but I can see the use for them in a pintch. There is so much customization that can happen with where you want to strap it too or how you want to wear it. I like things simple, but it’s always good to be prepared. Pretty expensive but comes with a lot!

FINALLY a lunchbag that fits an actual NORMAL sized bottle of water! Plus it's got its own shaker, with little compartments for powder, pills, etc. The inside has three large, airtight containers, plus two thin freezy-things to keep it cool all day. The entire bag is insulated, even the drink holders on the outside/ends of the bag. This is a well thought out design. It's completely practical. Big enough to fit what you actually need. And made with thick enough material to last. It's a great bag.
