Excellent value
Very happy with my purchase. These shoes delivered in all the areas I was looking to find and that I could test for so far. (Can't speak to longevity just yet, and haven't tested them out in winterish, slippery weather). My goal was to find an affordable, wide toed, barefoot-like shoe that had a bit more cushioning as I live in an urban area and I'm constantly walking on concrete. And these fit that bill perfectly.I walk 7-10 miles a day and over the past 1.5 months these have provided me plenty of comfort for walking. They seem to have good grip in summer weather, however I'm not sure if that will hold true when it gets icy out. Will update if I have any major issues. The overall quality in relation to the price is great. These were under $30 USD when I purchased them. While the materials won't pass for anything fancier or more expensive, they're still stylish and seem to be manufactured well. They seem like durability will be solid in relation to their price.Overall, these are excellent value for their price and a great choice if you're looking for a wide-toed, zero drop, barefoot type shoe, but need a bit more cushioning than your typical barefoot shoes. As of now, this is an easy 5 star rating.

Great Shoe For Flat Feet
Really good shoe. I have very flat feet and these are some of the best shoes I have had. Fit well and very comfortable. They aren’t expensive so I will have to see how the quality is but even if they hold up for just a year or so, at this price point and the comfort they provide then they will be worth it.

Very comfortable wide toe box!
I gave 4 out of 5 stars as this shoe is not the best looking, but it is extremely comfortable and wide enough for my 4E feet. The shoes fit my heels snugly and my toes have plenty of room to spread out. These have the roominess of my New Balance 623 10.5 4E, but are much flatter and with pratically no arch support which is exactly what I was looking for. Additionally this style of WHITIN Barefoot has a slightly thicker outsole which similar to Vans/Converse CTAS which is also something I was looking for in a barefoot shoe. While this shoe isn't the best looking, it does work well with almost any casual or athletic look. I look forward to testing these out as my daily shoes for school, work, and/or the gym.

Inconsistant sizes
Recently purchased 2 pairs of Whitin shoes and they do not have size similarities other than the length. The black pair was listed as extra wide sz 44 (11 wide) and the green pair listed as wide sz 44 (10 wide). And their supposed measurements are all over the place, no consistency between the 2 sizing charts at all. The black pair feels great in the heel and mid-foot area, but my big toe and pinky are touching either side (and I'm just getting started into these wide toe box minamalist shoes, so my toes haven't started to splay yet. The green pair that i got for work because of extra cushion for long hours on a concrete shop floor (mechanic), feel great in the toe box, room to splay, but with every step i can feel a hard edge under the inside of my step running from my heel up past my arch, like their too narrow or something, even took the insole out thinking that would help, nope... My feel really hurt after a 10 hr work day.Its only been a week and a half so far, hopefully they break in better.I would order the black pair again for my leisure shoes, i would NOT order the green pair for work again, especially since i spend more time in work shoes vs leisure shoes.... Also, i got the cushion for long hours of work, but its hindering me adjusting my walking gait to barefoot style, still heel pounding.... If your trying to transition, just go for the minamalist shoes and do some leg stretches to alleviate the adjustment period.Whitin, please get your sizing right, i dont even have a wide foot and these are narrow....

Well made shoes
This is my first pair of zero drop shoes, and they are really comfortable. The large toe box was a big selling point as well. The heavy weight canvas upper is very sturdy, and the OD color doesn't show dirt so far.

Comfy zero-drop running/hiking shoes
I've taken these for a few runs and hikes, happy with the fit and comfort so far. I'm coming from zero-drop Altra and Topo Athletics, the midsole is a little softer than those brands but offers enough protection from rocky ground. Grip is pretty good on most surfaces despite the lack of aggressive tread lugs, even when wet. I'm worried the outsole will wear out prematurely, but so far so good.I wear a size 12 in most running shoes, and the euro size 46 I received is ever-so-slightly too long, but I don't think I'd want to go down a size. I don't have wide feet, these are roomy on me without letting my foot slide around inside.I like the understated style, it's nice to have a pair of lightweight running shoes I can still wear around town without looking ridiculous.I have about 30 miles in these shoes (mixed trail and pavement) and they're holding up well, much better than the last pair of Altras I owned. The canvas is a really tight weave, so they don't breathe well and can get a little steamy on hot days. Surprisingly there's not much odor even after some sweaty runs. Very happy with the value of these shoes.
